肺癌患者外周血CA15-3和CA125表达与其病理特征的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者外周血癌抗原15-3(CA15-3)、糖链抗原125(CA125)表达与其病理特征的相关性。方法选取65例肺癌患者为研究对象并纳入肺癌组,选取57例肺部良性病变患者为良性病变组,另选同期进行健康检查的健康受试者50例为对照组。对3组受试者的外周血CA15-3、CA125水平进行检测,统计对比3组受试者的CA15-3、CA125阳性表达率和表达水平,并分析CA15-3、CA125水平与肺癌临床病理特征间的关系以及各指标表达水平的相关性。结果肺癌组患者的CA15-3、CA125阳性表达率高于良性病变组且高于对照组,3组间对比差异有统计学意(P<0.05);肺癌组患者的CA15-3、CA125表达水平均高于良性病变组且高于对照组,3组间对比差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。肺癌组患者的CA15-3、CA125表达与肺癌患者的性别、年龄、组织类型、分化程度无关,而与肺癌患者的肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移有关。经相关性分析显示,肺癌患者的CA15-3与CA125呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者的外周血CA15-3、CA125表达与肺癌的发生分期、转移有密切关联,并且两种指标间呈明显的正相关性,可能在肺癌的发展中起着协同作用。Objective To study the correlation between the expression of CA15-3 and CA125 in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer and their pathological characteristics.Methods 65 patients with lung cancer were selected as the research objects and included in the lung cancer group,57 patients with benign lung lesions were selected as the benign lesion group,and 50 healthy subjects who underwent health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of CA15-3 and CA125 in peripheral blood of the 3 groups were detected,and the positive expression rates and levels of CA15-3 and CA125 in the 3 groups were compared.The relationship between CA15-3,CA125 and clinicopathological features of lung cancer was analyzed.Results The positive rates of CA15-3 and CA125 in lung cancer group were higher than those in benign lesion group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of CA15-3 and CA125 in lung cancer group were higher than those in benign lesion group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of CA15-3 and CA125 in lung cancer group was not related to age,tissue type and differentiation degree of lung cancer patients,but related to tumor stage and lymph node metastasis.The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between CA15-3 and CA125(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CA15-3 and CA125 in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is closely related to the development,staging and metastasis of lung cancer,and there is a clear positive correlation between the 2 indicators,which may play a synergistic effect on the development of lung cancer.
