血清MMP-2、P53抗体检测在非小细胞肺癌患者病情判断中的临床价值及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清MMP-2、P53抗体检测在非小细胞肺癌患者病情判断中的临床价值及意义。方法回顾性分析80例非小细胞肺癌患者临床医学资料,选取同期80例肺部疾病良性患者作为良性组,另取80例健康人士作为对照组,对比各组血清MMP-2和P53相关检测指标。结果3组MMP-2和P53抗体表达量对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。80例非小细胞肺癌患者中MMP-2阳性表达48例(60.0%),P53阳性表达46例(57.5%)。MMP-2抗体表达与非小细胞肺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05),与患者的淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度以及肿瘤大小有关(P<0.05);P53抗体表达与非小细胞肺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤部位以及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),与患者的淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示:MMP-2和P53与非小细胞肺癌患者病情呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清MMP-2能够为非小细胞肺癌患者的淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度以及肿瘤大小等病情的发展提供参考意义;P53抗体能够为非小细胞肺癌患者的淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度等病情的发展提供参考意义,具有较好的特异性。Objective To explore the clinical value and significance of serum MMP-2 and p53 antibody in the diagnosis of NSCLC.Methods The clinical data of 80 non-small cell carcinoma patients were analyzed retrospectively.80 non-small cell carcinoma patients were divided into malignant group,80 patients with benign lung diseases in the same period were selected as the benign group,and 80 healthy people were selected as the control group,The important value of MMP-2 and p53 antibody detection in patients with non-small cell lung cancer was evaluated.Results Comparison of the expression levels of MMP-2 and P53 antibodies in the 3 groups showed significant differences(P<0.05);Among 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer,48 cases(60.0%)were positive for MMP-2 and 46 cases(57.5%)were positive for P53.MMP-2 antibody expression was not related with age and tumor location of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(P>0.05),but was related to the patient’s lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation and tumor size(P<0.05).P53 antibody expression was not related with the age,tumor location and tumor size of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(P>0.05),but was related to the patient’s lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum MMP-2 can provide a reference for the development of lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation degree and tumor size in NSCLC patients,and p53 antibody can provide a reference for the development of lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation degree in NSCLC patients.
