摘　　要：近年来,将第三方物流引入供应商库存管理模式已成为趋势。基于系统动力学理论,在引入第三方物流的供应商库存管理模型中加入闭环回收再制造环节,并在开环未引入回收机制和闭环引入回收机制的供应商库存管理模式下,对整个供应链的系统库存水平、系统总成本及牛鞭效应进行比较。结果表明,在闭环供应商库存管理模式下系统的库存水平和系统总成本得到降低、牛鞭效应得到减弱。In recent years,the introduction of third-party logistics into the vendor managed inventory model has become a trend.Based on the theory of system dynamics,this article adds the closed-loop recycling and re-manufacturing process to Vendor Managed Inventory model with the third-party logistics.Compare the system inventory level、total system cost and the bullwhip effect of the vendor managed inventory model whether introduce a recycling mechanism in the closed loop,and draw the conclusion that under the closed-loop vendor managed inventory model,the system inventory level and total system cost have been reduced,and the bullwhip effect has been weakened.
