民族地区易地扶贫搬迁老年移民社会融入的路径研究——基于贵州省十三个移民地的调查

摘　　要：易地扶贫搬迁中的老年移民受限于自身的年龄、健康状况、文化水平、收入水平甚至语言沟通能力等因素,其在安置地的社会融入相对其他类型移民面临着更多的困境和挑战。从社会融入维度出发,面向贵州省十三个民族地区移民地开展问卷调查及深度访谈来了解老年移民社会融入的现实表现,分析其面临的实际困境及影响其社会融入的主要因素,在此基础上有针对性地提出老年移民社会融入的具体路径。从宏观层面来看,有效的政策帮扶是老年移民实现社会融入的保障;从中观层面来看,社会协同是老年移民实现社会融入的必要条件;从微观层面来看,自我融入是老年移民实现社会融入的必然抉择。The elderly immigrants in poverty alleviation and relocation are limited by their age,health,education,income and even language communication skills.Their social integration in relocated settlements faces more difficulties and challenges than other kinds of immigrants.From the perspective of social integration,this study conducts questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews in 13 ethnic minority areas of Guizhou Province to understand the actual performance of the elderly immigrants in their social integration,analyzes the current difficulties they meet and the influencing factors that affect their social integration,and puts forward specific paths for the elderly immigrants to conduct social integration.From a macro perspective,the effective policy support is the guarantee for the elderly immigrants to achieve social integration.From the middle level,social coordination is the necessary condition for the elderly immigrants to achieve social integration.From a micro perspective,self integration is the inevitable choice for the elderly immigrants to achieve social integration.
