摘  要:36000 DWT高冰级多用途船是在同型船基础的上升级换代产品,入CCS船级,满足《芬兰-瑞典冰级规则》IA冰级,等效满足于CCS B1冰级以及极地PC7冰级要求。冬季航行北欧波罗的海水域,夏季可航行于新开通的北极航线。围绕IA级冰区加强,考虑加强结构的有效性和建造施工的便利性,重点阐述冰带区域划分、冰区舷侧骨架布置和艉部冰刀设计等,同时讨论了规范变化对内底板厚度和艏部抨击结构加强的影响。The 36000 DWT high ice classed multi-purpose vessel is an up-to-date product upgraded from prototype of same ship type.This vessel is classified by CCS and complies with the Finnish-Swedish Ice Class Rules 2010 for IA ice class,which is equivalent to the CCS B1 ice class and PC7 of the polar code requirements.The voyage capability of the vessel includes the Baltic area of northern Europe in winter and the newly developed Arctic route in summer.In discussion of the IA ice class strengthening,with considerations of structural strength and convenience of construction,an effort was made in elaboration of the division of the ice-strengthening area,the arrangement of side frames and the design of the stern ice knife.The impact of the rule upgrading on the thickness of the inner bottom and the strengthening of the bow impact area was discussed as well.
