摘  要:64000 DWT木屑船属于散货船的细分船型,相比同吨位的散货船,木屑船为了提高舱容和货物装卸的需要,具有船宽大、型深高、无顶边舱的特点,货舱开口也有所增大。木屑船货舱结构设计,为了满足船体总纵强度要求,甲板、双层底和底边舱区域为纵骨架式,底边舱以上舷侧结构为横骨架式,设倾斜式舷侧纵桁。木屑船不设顶边舱结构与常规散货船有很大不同,需要合理布置横向强框架和舱口端梁的设计,通过有限元直接计算来评估高应力区的屈服和屈曲强度,确定构件尺寸和关键节点的疲劳寿命,优化顶墩、底墩和槽型舱壁结构形式,达到最大化舱容和结构轻量化的最佳平衡。振动噪声控制是设计的重点之一,以满足IMO标准规定为目标,建立三维有限元模型计算评估船舶振动噪声水平等级,有针对性地采取减振降噪措施。The 64000 DWT woodchip carrier is a branch of bulk carriers.Compared to the bulk carriers with the same deadweight,it has the following characteristics:big breadth,high depth,no topside tanks,and large hatch coaming.In order to meet the requirements of longitudinal hull strength,the longitudinal frame system was taken in the areas of main deck,bottom and hopper,while the transverse frame system was taken in the area of side structure.Two longitudinal girders were fitted in the side structure.Because there are no topside tanks and in order to attain the best balance of big cargo capacity and light structure weight,web frame and transverse girder were arranged around the hatch coaming.FEM analysis of buckling and yield strength of high stress zones was carried out.The optimization of structure component size,fatigue of key nodes,and structure style of top stool,lower stool and corrugated bulkhead were implemented.Vibration and noise control,as one of the key points of the ship design,was estimated by means of 3 D FEM modeling.The specific measures were adopted accordingly to meet IMO requirements.
