莫沙必利与多潘立酮对原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者采用莫沙必利与多潘立酮的治疗效果对比。方法于2017年9月至2018年11月,随机选取本院收治的原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者90例,按照双盲法分为两组,两组患者都接受铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑基础治疗,基于此,对比组予以多潘立酮治疗,试验组实施莫沙必利治疗,并对两组患者的治疗总有效率、反流总时间比率、反流次数、最长反流时间、反流超过5 min次数、不良反应发生率予以比较。结果试验组的治疗总有效率97.78%高于对比组的82.22%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前、治疗后最长反流时间的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前反流总时间比率、反流次数以及反流超过5 min次数的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者反流总时间比率、反流次数以及反流超过5 min次数均比治疗前少,且试验组患者均显著少于对比组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与多潘立酮相比,莫沙必利对原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的治疗效果更高,可使24 h胆汁变化明显减小。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mosapride and domperidone on patients with primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods From September 2017 to November 2018,90 patients with primary bile reflux gastritis were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to doubleblind method.Both groups were treated with hydrotalcite combined with Omeprazole,the control group was treated with Domperidone and the test group was treated with Mosapride,the total effective rate,the ratio of total time of reflux,the Times of reflux,the longest time of reflux,the Times of reflux over 5 minutes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The test group's 97.78%was higher than the control group's 82.22%(P<0.05);the comparison of the longest reflux time before and after treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ratio of total reflux time before treatment,the number of reflux and the number of reflux over 5 minutes in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the ratio of total reflux time,the number of reflux times and the number of reflux over 5 minutes in the two groups after treatment were significantly less than those before treatment(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with domperidone,mosapride has a higher therapeutic effect on primary bile reflux gastritis,which can significantly reduce the change of bile within 24 hours.
