不同药物治疗精神分裂症患者的效果及不良反应

摘　　要：目的探究不同药物治疗精神分裂症患者的效果及不良反应。方法选取2016年4月至2018年11月本院收治的154例精神分裂症患者,平均分成7组,每组22例,分别服用舒必利、氯氮平、利培酮、奥氮平、喹硫平、阿立哌唑、氯丙嗪7种药物进行治疗,对比临床治疗效果。结果氯氮平组的治疗总有效率为90.91%,与其他组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阿立哌唑组、奥氮平组、喹硫平组、利培酮组和舒必利组、氯氮平组、氯丙嗪组的TESS评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利培酮、奥氮平用于治疗精神分裂症患者的效果好,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effects and adverse reactions in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 154 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were selected and divided into seven groups,22 cases in each group.They were treated with the sulpiride,clozapine,risperidone,olanzapine,quetiapine,aripiprazole and chlorpromazine seven drugs respectively,and the clinical effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of clozapine group was 90.91%,there was significant difference compared with other groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in TESS scores between aripiprazole group,olanzapine group,quetiapine group,risperidone group and sulpiride group,clozapine group and chlorpromazine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone and olanzapine are effective and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia.
