摘  要:目前,我国航企钛合金热成形中高温模具的频繁更换仍采用人工装卸模具方式,导致生产过程中存在诸多问题。因此,以国内某航企的现有热成形设备为研究对象,提出了一种钛合金热成形的高温换模系统方案。该方案可实现常温下模具预定位、模具于热成形机外升降温以及模具高温下直接更换等,达到了提高热成形机工作效率、改善工人作业条件、提高操作安全性、降低生产成本以及提高生产线自动化程度的目的。At present,the frequent replacement of high temperature molds in the hot forming of titanium alloys in my country’s aviation enterprises still uses manual loading and unloading of molds,which causes many problems in the production process.This paper takes the existing hot forming equipment of a domestic aerospace company as the research object,and proposes a high temperature die change system scheme for titanium alloy hot forming.This solution can realize mold pre-positioning at room temperature,mold temperature rise and fall outside the thermoforming machine,and mold direct replacement at high temperature.To achieve the purpose of improving the working efficiency of the thermoforming machine,improving the working conditions of the workers,improving the safety of the operation,reducing the production cost,and increasing the degree of automation of the production line.
