不同垂直骨面型成人Ⅱ^(1)类错[牙合]患者面下1/3软组织结构的差异分析

摘　　要：目的:分析各垂直骨面型的成人安氏Ⅱ^(1)类错[牙合]患者面下1/3软组织结构之间的差异。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年8月笔者医院收治的126例Ⅱ^(1)类错[牙合]患者为研究对象,按照垂直骨面型的分类原则将所有研究对象分为三组,分别为高角组、均角组及低角组,每组42例。对三组患者矫正前的头颅侧位片实施头影测量,同时比较三组患者软组织颏部的形态,并分别进行单因素分析、多因素分析及组间分析。结果:数据表明,男性患者的上唇厚度和女性患者相比,明显更高(P<0.05);对两组的唇形进行方差分析发现,组间结果差异较为显著(P<0.05);通过LSD-t检测各组内的不同垂直骨面型,发现低角组、均角组和高角组间的差别较大(P<0.05)。同时低角组和均角组相比,差别较大(P<0.05);低角组的唇部回收量最大,高角组的唇部回收量最小;不同性别上唇软组织厚度、不同垂直骨面型软组织厚度均能影响唇部回收量,并且切牙唇部回收程度与上唇软组织厚度之间关系为负相关。结论:不同垂直骨面型的成人Ⅱ^(1)类错[牙合]患者面下1/3软组织差异较大,因此,针对患者的差异制定针对性的护理措施可有效调节患者的面下1/3软组织,达到完善患者形象的目的。Objective To analyze the difference between the soft tissue structure of the lower third of the adult patients with ClassⅡdivision 1 classification and malocclusion in each vertical bone type.Methods A total of 126 patients with typeⅡ^(1)malocclusion admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected as subjects.According to the classification principle of vertical bone type,all subjects were divided into three groups,namely high angle group and Angle group and low angle group,each group of 42 cases.The cephalometric measurements were performed on the lateral slices of the skull before correction in the three groups.The morphology of the soft tissue ankle was compared between the three groups,and single factor analysis,multivariate analysis and inter group analysis were performed.Results The data showed that the upper lip thickness of male patients was significantly higher than that of female patients(P<0.05).The lip shape of the two groups and analysis of variance showed that the results were more significant(P<0.05).The different vertical facial types in each group were detected by LSD-t,and the difference between the low angle group,the average angle group and the high angle group was found to be large(P<0.05).At the same time,the difference between the low angle group and the average angle group was larger(P<0.05).The recovery of the lip in the low angle group is the largest,and the recovery of the lip in the high angle group is the smallest.The thickness of the soft tissue of the upper lip and the thickness of the soft tissue of different vertical bone types can affect the amount of lip recovery,and the incisor There is a negative correlation between the degree of lip recovery and the thickness of the soft tissue of the upper lip.Conclusion The 1/3 soft tissue of the adult typeⅡ^(1)malocclusion patients with different vertical bone types has a large difference.Therefore,the development of targeted nursing measures for patients'differences can effectively adjust the patient's sub-
