尼泊尔不同专业背景人士对露龈笑的微笑美学感知差异评价研究

摘　　要：目的:评价研究尼泊尔籍不同专业背景、不同性别人士对露龈笑的微笑美学的感知差异。方法:拍摄彩色尼泊尔女性微笑照片,利用Photoshop软件依据露龈笑各个指标调整图片至1~5mm的5个露龈笑梯度照片。利用视觉模拟量表制作露龈笑观感调查问卷。调查对象依据是否为口腔专业背景和性别分为四组,每组30名,共120名,分别对该组照片的微笑美貌程度进行评价打分。结果:露龈笑的程度对微笑的审美有影响,口腔专业背景男性组和非口腔专业背景男性组对不同程度露龈笑的评价差异均有统计学意义,而口腔专业背景女性组和非口腔专业背景女性组对除了2mm和5mm以外的不同程度露龈笑的评价差异有统计学意义。结论:露龈笑的程度不同可引起微笑美学的评价不同。尼泊尔口腔专业背景人士对于不同程度露龈笑的评价比非口腔专业背景人士更加契合主流专业观点,其中专业人士认为2mm的露龈笑是最具有美观性的。在正畸治疗目标设定时,要充分考虑这种差异。Objective The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of maxillary gingival exposure on the attractiveness ratings graded by people with various professional backgrounds and both sex from Nepal.Methods A color photo of smiling Nepalese woman was taken.Then Photoshop was used to adjust the picture into 5 gradients with 1 mm to 5 mm gummy smile level for each according to its various indicators.A visual analogue scale was carried out to make a questionnaire about the appearance of smiles.The respondents were divided into four groups based on whether they had dental professional background or not and gender.Each group consisted of 30 people with a total of 120 people.The beauty of the smiles was evaluated and scored in each group.Results The level of gummy smile imposed an impact on the aesthetics of smiles.There were statistically significant differences in the evaluation of different levels of gummy smile between the male professional background group and the non-professional background one.The female group of professional background had statistically significant differences compared with the non-professional background one in the evaluation of gummy smile except 2mm and 5mm.Conclusion Different levels of gummy smiles led to different evaluations of smile aesthetics.Evaluations on gummy smile of Nepali dental professional background groups are more in line with mainstream professional opinions than that of nonoral oral backgrounds.In the professional background groups,2 mm gingival smiles were considered to be the most attractive.In the setting of orthodontic treatment goals,this difference must be fully taken into consideration.
