摘 要:目的:研究CEREC AC、3Shape TRIOS和Planmeca PlanScan三种不同口内数字化扫描系统对计算机义齿辅助设计与制作全瓷冠边缘适合性的影响。方法:用数控车床制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质下颌第一磨牙标准全冠预备体16个,超硬石膏固定。分别采用CEREC AC、3Shape TRIOS和Planmeca PlanScan三种口内扫描系统扫描全冠预备体获取数字化模型,采用可切削玻璃陶瓷制作48个CAD/CAM全瓷冠。采用硅橡胶间隙印模法复制全冠边缘间隙,体式显微镜测量边缘间隙大小,评价三组冠的边缘适合性,应用SPSS 22.0软件对实验数据进行统计分析。结果:CEREC AC扫描组、3Shape TRIOS扫描组和Planmeca PlanScan扫描组的全瓷冠边缘间隙测量结果分别为(53.89±10.28)μm、(61.18±9.53)μm、(64.83±9.76)μm,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CEREC AC、3Shape TRIOS和Planmeca PlanScan三种口内数字化扫描系统的准确性均能满足临床修复体制作要求,所制作的全瓷冠均具有良好的边缘适合性,CEREC AC组的边缘适合性最优。Objective To investgate the effect of three different Intra-oralscanner on the marginal fit of all-ceramic crowns,the three Intra-oralscanner are CEREC AC、3Shape TRIOS and Planmeca PlanScan.Methods The polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)material of a mandibular first molar in standard model was prepared with 16 models duplicated.The all-ceramic crowns were prepared using digital impression with three differentIntra-oralscanner,and the three groups were obtained by machinable glass-ceramics to produce 48 full crowns with computeraided design/computer aided manufacture.The marginal fit of these groups was measured by silicone rubber gap impression.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 22.0 software.Results The marginal fit of CEREC ACgroups,3Shape TRIOS groups,Planmeca PlanScan groups was(53.89±10.28)μm,(61.18±9.53)μm,(64.83±9.76)μm.Statisticallysignificant difference was observed in the marginal fit of the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion All marginal measurement sites are clinically acceptable by the three differentIntra-oralscanner.CEREC AC performed best in marginal fit.
