摘　　要：目的:观察3M Vitrebond光固化玻璃离子和Dycal氢氧化钙制剂治疗对牙体牙髓疾病疗效及外观度的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月笔者医院收治的150例牙体牙髓疾病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75),对照组给予Dycal氢氧化钙制剂治疗,观察组给予3M Vitrebond光固化玻璃离子治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗时间、VAS评分、牙龈边缘外形和美观度、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为90.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组平均治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级比例均低于对照组,Ⅲ级比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,复发率为4.00%,均显著低于对照组的20.00%和16.00%(P<0.05)。结论:3M Vitrebond光固化玻璃离子治疗牙体牙髓疾病疗效优于Dycal氢氧化钙制剂,可减少并发症发生率和复发率,且对外观度影响较小。Objective To observe the effect of 3M Vitrebond light-cured glass ionomer and Dycal calcium hydroxide on the curative effect and appearance of dental pulp diseases.Methods 150 patients with dental pulp diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75).The control group was treated with Dycal calcium hydroxide preparation and the observation group was treated with 3M Vitrebond light-cured glass ionomer.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Treatment time,VAS score,gingival margin shape and aesthetics,incidence of complications and recurrence rate.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.67%significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%(P<0.05).After treatment,the average treatment time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of grade I and II in the two groups was lower than that of the control group,and the proportion of grade III was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation The recurrence rate was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%and 16.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 3M Vitrebond light-cured glass ionomer is superior to Dycal calcium hydroxide in the treatment of dental pulp diseases.It can reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,and has little effect on appearance.
