摘 要:目的了解广东省2019年基层健康教育骨干培训效果,为更好推进基层健康教育骨干培训提供依据。方法2020年3月,以2019年基层骨干培训时建立的微信群为基础,以问卷星为载体,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果广东省基层健康教育骨干培训有效率为63.8%;男性学员的学习培训有效率(70.7%)高于女性学员(59.8%);高级职称学员的培训有效率(82.4%)高于其他职称学员;健康教育工作年限≤1年的学员培训有效率(53.3%)低于健康教育工作年限>1年并且≤5年(67.1%)和5年以上的学员(66.7%);非珠江三角洲地区学员的培训有效率(66.7%)高于珠三角地区学员(57.2%)。多因素logistic回归分析发现:与无职称调查对象相比,中级职称调查对象的培训效果较差;与从事健康教育工作1年及以内的调查对象相比,从事健康教育工作>1年并且≤5年和>5年者培训效果更好。结论2019年广东省基层健康教育骨干培训的总体效果满意,但需要进一步加强课程设计,改进培训方法,提高培训的效果。Objective To understand the effect of mainstay training of primary health education in 2019 in Guangdong,to provide the basis for better promoting the primary health education backbone training.Methods Based on the WeChat group established during the backbone training in 2019 and with the questionnaire star as the carrier,the self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct the survey.Results The effective rate of mainstay training of primary health education in Guangdong Province was 63.8%;the effective rate of learning and training of male students(70.7%)was higher than that of female students(59.8%);the effective rate of training of senior professional title students(82.4%)was higher than that of other professional title students;the effective rate of training of students with working years of health education≤1 year(53.3%)was lower than that of students with working years of health education>1 year and≤5 years(67.1%),and>5 years(67.1%);the training efficiency of non Pearl River Delta(66.7%)was higher than that of Pearl River Delta(57.2%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that:compared with the respondents without professional title,the training effect of intermediate professional title was worse;compared with the respondents who had been engaged in health education for≤1 year,the training effect of those who had been engaged in health education for>1 year and≤5 years,and>5 years was better.Conclusion The overall effect of primary health education mainstay training is satisfactory,but it is necessary to further strengthen the curriculum design,improve the training methods,and improve the training effect.
