摘  要:印度曾是英国重要的殖民地,其行政体制受英国影响较大,高等教育评估体系也深受英国的影响,近年来印度高校评估体系历经多次改革日趋完善。阐述印度高校评估体系70多年发展历程,并根据2017年最新修订版的印度高校评估体系框架,综合归纳了高校评估的具体过程及评价结果的分级标准,综合比较2013年与2017年评估指标和权重的变化趋势,最后剖析了印度高校评估结果测量方法,以期从评估指标体系、测量方法、评估方式及评估过程等4个方面为我国"双一流"大学综合评估体系构建和完善提供政策参考。India was once an important colony of British, and its administrative system was greatly influenced by the British, and the evaluation system of higher education was also influenced by the British.The evaluation system of colleges and universities in India has been more and more perfect after many reforms. This paper expounds the development of the evaluation assessment system of India colleges and universities about more than 70 years. And according to the latest revision of the framework of the India colleges and universities evaluation system in 2017, this paper summaries the specific process of evaluation and the grading standard of the evaluation results and compares evaluation index and weight between 2013 and 2017. Then this paper analyzes the performance measurement method for colleges and universities. At last, this paper puts forward policies and measures about evaluation index,evaluation results measurement,evaluation method and evaluation process.
