摘　　要：曾国藩家训富含培养青年精英的教育规律,大学生在中华优秀家风家训的熏陶下,通过自我教育,拓展积极认知、丰富积极体验、具备坚强意志和塑造积极个性,从而为自己营造智慧、平和、勤奋、自信、上进等积极的心理素质,在实现中华民族伟大复兴的过程中,不断完善自己。College students with positive psychological quality are the talents needed in the new era.Zeng Guofan’s family motto is rich in educational laws for cultivating young elites.Under the influence of the excellent Chinese family precepts,young college students can expand positive cognition,enrich positive experiences,possess strong will and shape positive personalities through self-cultivation,and thereby create positive psychological qualities including wisdom,peace,diligence,self-confidence and self-improvement.Thus young college students can constantly improve themselves in the process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and get better and better.
