摘　　要：本文介绍了创新方法概念和创新方法理论在我国农产品加工领域中应用现状,结合目前农产品加工产业存在的问题,对创新方法在我国农产品加工领域的应用提出了建议,以期为能更好地推动创新方法在农产品加工领域中的应用发展以及提高创新效率提供参考。This paper introduced the application status of innovative method concepts and innovative method theories in the Chinese agricultural product processing field,combined the current problems in the agricultural product processing industry,and put forward suggestions on the application of innovative methods in the Chinese agricultural product processing field,in order to provide references for promoting the application and development of innovative methods in the agricultural product processing field and improving innovation efficiency.
