摘  要:太极拳是当今世界武术类运动中协调性最强的项目之一,练习难度非常大,很多人数年习练不见寸进,关键在于对太极拳松功的理解和掌握不得法、不全面、不到位,本文从理念、原理、方法等方面,系统地阐述了太极拳松功的核心要义,旨在对太极拳爱好者提升功力起到抛砖引玉的作用。Taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) is a sport activity that has the highest requirement on body coordination compared to other sport events. It is difficult to practice and many practitioners can hardly have any progress due to the fact that they cannot find a way to master taijiquan’s relaxing way, or they do not understand it comprehensively or get the point. This paper expounds the essence of taijiquan’s relaxing way from its idea, principle and methods, aiming at giving enlightenment to taijiquan players for making progress.
