摘　　要：医患身心受授关系中医生的职业特征,既有一般职业特征的共有要素,即职业要求方面的身心、能力要素和职业资源方面的社会认可感和团队氛围要素等,又因其职业的特殊性呈现出独特的一面:医生承担着患者身心真实托付,要求新时期的医生职业不仅要有高认知水平,更要具备以共情能力为代表的较高的情绪智力,和对密集情绪劳动的正确认知及自我调节能力;而医学是人类不断认识自身的结果,医疗领域凝聚着自然科学和社会科学的新智慧和新技术,医生必须终身不断地学习、研究才能适应职业的需求,这种学习,包括了技术和高质量的情绪劳动两个方面;同时,医疗行为的不可逆性和其结果的难以把控的特性使得这一职业要求高度的职业安全感、角色清晰度、工具价值观;此外,医生作为一个特殊群体,每天都与疾病与死亡抗争,和谐的团队氛围、领导同事的支持、清晰的思维、高效的语言表达都是其社会职业特征的内在要求。The professional characteristics of the doctors in the physical and mental empowerment of doctor-patients-relationship have the common elements of the general occupational characteristics,namely,the professional physical and mental requirements,ability and sense of social approval and team atmosphere in professional resources elements.The doctor is responsible for the physical and psychological support of the patient,and the doctors occupation in the new period is required not only a high level of cognition,but also the emotional intelligence in addition to the correct cognition of intense emotional labor and self-regulation;Medical science is the result of human beings'continuous understanding of themselves,the medical field embodies the new wisdom and new technology of natural science and social science,therefore,doctors must keep learning and researching all their lives to meet the needs of their profession and this kind of study,includes the technology and the high quality of the emotional labor two aspects;At the same time,the irreversibility of medical behavior and the uncontrollability of its results make this profession require a high degree of occupational security,role clarity and tool values;in addition,the doctors,as a special group,is fighting with the disease and the death every day,and the harmonious team atmosphere,support from leaders and colleagues,clear thinking and efficient language expression are all inherent requirements of their social and professional characteristics.
