摘　　要：目的:探究利用载银可注射性海藻酸钙水凝胶(calcium alginate hydrogels-nAg CAHA)修复牙周组织缺损的可行性。方法:制备CAHA,分析其物理性能;利用抑菌圈法评价抑菌能力;分离人牙周膜细胞(human periodontal ligament cells,hPDLC)并检测CAHA对细胞增殖能力的影响以评价材料的毒性及其生物相容性,通过共培养检测CAHA诱导hPDLC骨形成能力。结果:成功制备载银可注射性海藻酸钙水凝胶,且具有抑菌能力。分离并提纯hPDLC后共培养结果表明所制备水凝胶其生物相容新良好,同时具备良好的诱导牙周组织再生能力。结论:CAHA生物性能良好,有效诱导牙周相关组织再生,有望为牙周组织再生提供新思路。Objective:Feasibility studies are conducted to analyze the possibility of repairing periodontal defect bone tissues utilizing the calcium alginate hydrogels-nAg(CAHA).Methods:CAHA was prepared and its physical properties was then analyzed,the antibacterial activity was testified using inhibition zone method.The human periodontal ligament cells(hPDLC)was separated,the impact of CAHA on the cell proliferation was measured to assess its biocompatibility and material toxicity,and the hPDLC bone formation capability induced by CAHA was tested through co-culturing.Results:Injectable CAHA was successfully produced and its antibacterial capability was also proved.It was shown that the CAHA has good biocompatibility and the ability to induce periodontal tissue regeneration according to the result of CAHA co-culturing with separated and purified hPDLC.Conclusion:CAHA has an outstanding biological property,which could effectively improve and throw a new light on periodontal tissue regeneration.
