超薄瓷贴面关闭上颌前牙间隙的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨超薄瓷贴面关闭上颌前牙散在间隙的临床效果。方法:选择2015年12月~2016年12月于河南大学赛思口腔医院修复科就诊需要关闭上颌前牙散在间隙患者52例,共计158颗前牙,采用二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷制作超薄瓷贴面关闭间隙。修复体完成后按照改良美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)标准对修复体从颜色匹配、完整性、边缘着色、边缘适合性、术后敏感、继发龋及牙龈反应7个方面进行评价。结果:修复体戴入1个月,所有指标均达A级;6个月复诊,6颗(3.8%)颜色匹配为B级,2颗(1.3%)边缘着色为B级,2颗(1.3%)牙龈反应为B级;12个月复诊,2颗(1.3%)修复体完整性为C级,1颗(0.6%)边缘着色为B级,1颗(0.6%)牙龈反应为B级;24个月复诊,1颗(0.6%)颜色匹配为C级,1颗(0.6%)修复体完整性为B级;36个月复诊,1颗(0.6%)修复体完整性为B级。结论:使用超薄瓷贴面关闭上颌前牙散在间隙,对牙体损伤小,美学效果佳,符合现在口腔修复微创理念。Objective:The clinical effect of ultra-thin porcelain veneers on closing the gaps between maxillary anterior teeth were discussed.Methods:From December 2015 to December 2016,52 patients(158 anterior teeth)who needed to close the scattered gaps of maxillary anterior teeth were selected.Ultra-thin porcelain veneers made of lithium silicate glass were used to close the scattered gaps.The restorations were evaluated in terms of color matching,integrity,marginal coloring,marginal adaptation,postoperative sensitivity,secondary caries and gingival response according to United States Public Health Service(USPHS).Results:After wearing the prosthesis for 1 month,all the indexes reached grade A.Six months later,6(3.8%)were grade B in color matching,2(1.3%)were grade B in marginal coloring,and 2(1.3%)were grade B in gingival reaction.After 12 months of follow-up,2(1.3%)were grade C in integrity,1(0.6%)were grade B in marginal coloring,and 1(0.6%)was grade B in gingival reaction.After 24 months of follow-up,1(0.6%)were grade C in color matching and 1(0.6%)were grade B in integrity.After 36 months of follow-up,1(0.6%)were grade B in integrity.Conclusion:The ultra-thin ceramic veneers which are used to close the gaps include little damage to the teeth and good aesthetic effect.They are in line with the current minimally invasive concept of oral repair.
