复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗功能性消化不良的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗功能性消化不良患者的有效性及安全性。方法:选取运城市中心医院消化内科2017年1月至2019年3月诊治的功能性消化不良患者90例的临床资料,并根据治疗方法不同分组,将单纯采取依托必利分散片治疗者设为对照组(n=45),将加用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗者设为研究组(n=45)。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及生活质量变化。结果:治疗后,研究组患者功能性消化不良症状总分为(1.54±0.06)分,低于对照组的(2.13±0.13)分(t=3.881,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(4.44%)与对照组(11.11%)差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.620,P>0.05);治疗后,研究组生活质量评分为(6.34±1.05)分,低于对照组的(9.98±1.22)分(t=4.826,P<0.05)。结论:复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗功能性消化不良患者的效果良好,可有效减轻功能性消化不良的发作程度,减少发作频率,提高生活质量,安全可靠,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods Ninety patients with functional dyspepsia who received treatment in Department of Gastroenterology,Yuncheng Central Hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were included in this study.They were randomly assigned to receive Eobili dispersible tablets alone(control group,n=45)or Eobili dispersible tablets+compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets(study group,n=45).Therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life were compared between control and study groups.Results After treatment,the total score of functional dyspepsia in the study group was(1.54±0.06)points,which was lower than(2.13±0.13)points in the control group(t=3.881,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between study and control groups(4.44%vs.11.11%,χ^(2)=0.620,P>0.05).The quality of life score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group[(6.34±1.05)points vs.(9.98±1.22)points,t=4.826,P<0.05].Conclusion Compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets for the treatment of functional dyspepsia exhibits good therapeutic effects through effectively decreasing the severity of functional dyspepsia,reducing the attack frequency and improving the quality of life.It is proven safe and reliable and is worthy of clinical application.
