摘  要:音乐商业专业(Music Business Major,MBM)是现代高校以培养音乐产业领导人、音乐经纪人、音乐技术监理和音乐活动策划人为目标的专业,以复合型人才为培养目标,教学中注重应用性。美国七所名校MBM法学课程具有明显的特征:以培养应用复合型人才为主要目标,虽开设的法学课程不一,但每所学校均根据自身办学特色,侧重娱乐法的某个方面开设3~6门法学课程,主要有音乐版权法、音乐产业法、音乐合同法、音像制品法等。美国七所名校MBM法学课程的设置、新型教育形式、优化的教学内容和丰富的教学方法对我国高校MBM的人才培养有着积极的参考价值。Music Business Major(MBM)is a modern university's major aimed at cultivating music industry leaders,music brokers,music technology supervisors,and music event planners.It cultivates compound talent and focuses on practical skills in daily teaching activities.MBM law courses in seven famous univeristies in the United States have obvious characteristics:The main goal is to cultivate applied and compound talent.Although the law courses offered are different,each school focuses on one aspect of the entertainment law according to its own school characteristics,which usually offers 3-6 law courses,including,music copyright law,music industry law,music contract law,audiovisual product law,etc.The Curriculums of MBM law courses,new education modes,optimized teaching contents and rich teaching methods in those famous universities in the United States have positive reference value for the cultivation of MBM talent in Chinese universities.
