阿替普酶治疗急性心肌梗死的效果探究

摘　　要：目的观察尿激酶和阿替普酶在急性心肌梗死中的价值。方法随机将医院2018年12月-2019年12月收治的76例急性心肌梗死患者分为两组,每组38例。对照组给予尿激酶疗法,观察组给予阿替普酶疗法。比较两组心功能指标、不良反应发生率等指标。结果(1)观察组LVEF为(56.42±1.55)%、对照组为(46.93±1.49)%;观察组LVEDD为(49.23±1.36)mm、对照组为(61.38±2.23)mm;观察组LVESD为(32.78±1.44)mm、对照组为(40.37±1.72)mm;观察组6MWT为(336.71±13.48)m、对照组为(229.45±8.16)m。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组不良反应发生率(2.63%;1/38)明显低于对照组(21.05%;8/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿替普酶可有效治疗急性心肌梗死。Objective To observe the value of urokinase and alteplase in acute myocardial infarction.Methods 76 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in each group.Control group given urokinase therapy,the observation group was given alteplase therapy.The indexes of cardiac function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The LVEF of the observation group was(56.42±1.55)%,the control group was(46.93±1.49)%;the observation group was LVEDD(49.23±1.36)mm,and the control group was(61.38±2.23)mm;the observation group was(32.78±1.44).)Mm,the control group is(40.37±1.72)mm;the observation group is(336.71±13.48)m,and the control group is(229.45±8.16)m.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);(2)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.63%;1/38)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.05%;8/38),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alteplase can effectively treat acute myocardial infarction.
