摘　　要：目的探讨工作场所欺凌与护士心理脱离、睡眠障碍的相关性以及心理脱离在工作场所欺凌与睡眠障碍之间的中介作用。方法采用方便抽样方法抽取温州市五所医院1012名临床护士为研究对象,采用负性行为事件问卷(NAQ)、詹金斯睡眠量表(JSS)和心理脱离问卷(PDQ)进行评价。结果工作场所欺凌在临床护士中的发生率为32.6%。相关分析表明,工作场所欺凌与心理脱离呈负相关,与睡眠障碍呈正相关。结构方程模型显示,工作场所欺凌正向预测护士睡眠障碍,心理脱离在工作场所欺凌和睡眠障碍之间起部分中介作用。结论工作场所欺凌在临床护士中的发生率较高,工作场所欺凌能直接影响睡眠障碍,也能通过心理脱离间接影响睡眠障碍。Objective To explore the correlation between workplace bullying and nurses’psychological disengagement and sleep disorders,and the mediating effect of psychological disengagement between workplace bullying and sleep disorders.Methods A total of 1012 clinical nurses were selected from five hospitals in Wenzhou city by convenient sampling method.The negative behavior questionnaire(NAQ),Jenkins sleep scale(JSS)and psychological disengagement questionnaire(PDQ)were used for evaluation.Results The incidence of workplace bullying among clinical nurses was 32.6%.Correlation analysis showed that workplace bullying was negatively correlated with psychological detachment,and positively correlated with sleep disturbance.The structural equation model showed that workplace bullying positively predicted sleep disorders in nurses,and psychological disengagement partially mediated between workplace bullying and sleep disorders.Conclusion The incidence of workplace bullying in clinical nurses is high.Workplace bullying can directly affect sleep disorders,but also through psychological escape from indirect impact on sleep disorders.
