摘 要:量子力学教学在高等工科院校教学体系中起着基础性、先导性作用,也是新工科建设的一项重要任务。推进量子力学教学改革与创新,必须以提高工程教育人才培养质量为核心,坚持先进的教学理念,瞄准世界科技发展前沿,改进和丰富教学内容,采用多种新的教学模式,运用多媒体和网络技术,提高教学效果和教育质量。同时要加强人文教育和科研引领教学,提高大学生的人文素养、创新能力和科研能力。从而推进新工科建设,培养适应新时代要求的高层次创新型人才。Quantum mechanics teaching plays a fundamental and leading role in the teaching system of higher engineering colleges,and it is also an important task in the construction of New Engineering.To promote the teaching reform and innovation of quantum mechanics,we must focus on improving the quality of engineering education,adhere to advanced teaching concepts,aim at the forefront of world science and technology development,improve and enrich teaching contents,adopt a variety of new teaching models,and use multimedia and network technology to improve teaching effect and quality.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen humanistic education and the guidance of scientific research on teaching,and improve college students’humanity accomplishment and competence in innovation and scientific research,so as to promote the construction of New Engineering and cultivate highlevel innovative talents to meet the requirements of the new era.
