摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性前列腺尿路上皮癌患者的临床诊治特点及预后。方法:回顾性分析1例原发性前列腺尿路上皮癌患者的临床资料,并结合文献进行讨论。结果:该患者术前予以吉西他滨+顺铂新辅助化疗,术中5-氟尿嘧啶切缘注射,术后病理诊断为高级别浸润性前列腺尿路上皮癌,予以吉西他滨+顺铂辅助治疗。随访1年无肿瘤复发转移。结论:原发性前列腺尿路上皮癌是一种少见的前列腺癌,恶性程度高。对于局限性肿瘤患者,需术前新辅助化疗、术中切缘注射抗肿瘤药物、术后辅助性化疗及定期随访。Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of primary urothelial carcinoma of the prostate.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data on one case of primary urothelial carcinoma of the prostate and reviewed the relevant published literature.Results:The patient,aged 83 years old and diagnosed with primary urothelial carcinoma of the prostate,was treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy with gemcitabine plus cisplatin preoperatively,injected with 5-fluorouracil into the cutting edge of the tumor intraoperatively,and pathologically confirmed with high-grade invasive primary urothelial carcinoma of the prostate,followed by adjuvant chemotherapy with gemcitabine plus cisplatin.No recurrence or metastasis was observed during 1-year follow-up.Conclusion:Primary urothelial carcinoma of the prostate is rare and highly malignant.If the tumor is localized,the patient needs to be treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy preoperatively,injection with anti-tumor drugs into the cutting edge of the tumor intraoperatively,and adjuvant chemotherapy and regular follow-up postoperatively.
