摘　　要：目的:探讨首发精神分裂症患者外周血炎性因子的水平、炎性因子与临床特征的相关性。方法:纳入2018年1月—2019年5月在苏州市广济医院住院治疗的38例首发精神分裂症患者,招募年龄、性别相匹配的34名健康志愿者作为健康对照,应用阴性与阳性症状评定量表(PANSS)评估精神症状,ELISA法测定外周血外周血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)浓度。结果:精神分裂症患者与正常人群相比,IL-8、TNF-α显著升高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);其精神症状P因子与IL-8呈正相关,N因子与TNF-α水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:精神分裂症患者存在炎性细胞因子的异常;炎性因子水平和临床特征有一定相关性。Objective To investigate the levels of inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of patients with first-episode schizophrenia,and the correlation between inflammatory factors and clinical characteristics.Methods 38 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Suzhou Guangji Hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled,and 34 healthy volunteers matching age and gender were recruited as healthy controls.Psychological symptoms were assessed using the negative positive symptoms scale(PANSS).Peripheral bloodELISA was used to determine the concentrations of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)inperipheralblood.Results Compared with the normal population,patients with schizophrenia significantly increased IL-8 and TNF-α,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The P factor of psychiatric symptoms was positively correlated with IL-8,and the N factor and TNF-αlevel was positively correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion There is an abnormality of inflammatory cytokines in patients with first-episode schizophrenia;there is a certain correlation between the levels of inflammatory factors and clinical characteristics.
