经皮穴位电刺激对结直肠肿瘤患者术后肠功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析接受手术治疗的结直肠肿瘤患者应用经皮穴位电刺激对其术后肠功能所产生的影响。方法:将随机抽取的72例于2018年1月-2019年12月在笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的结直肠肿瘤患者分成两组,试验组患者实施经皮穴位电刺激,对照组患者不接受经皮穴位电刺激。结果:两组对比,试验组术后肠鸣音等肠道功能恢复用时及住院时间均明显更短,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后不同时间点对比,试验组VAS评分均明显更低,组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后不同时间两组Ramsay评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后试验组患者腹痛、腹胀等并发症发生率均明显更低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期为结直肠癌患者实施经皮穴位电刺激有助于促进其术后肠功能恢复,减轻其术后疼痛感并减少术后相关并发症。Objective:To analyze the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on postoperative intestinal function in colorectal cancer patients undergoing surgery.Method:A total of 72 patients with colorectal cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation,while the control group did not receive transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation.Result:Compared with the two groups,the intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group at different time points after operation,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Ramsay score between the two groups at different time after operation(P>0.05).The incidence of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and other complications in the experimental group were significantly lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation for colorectal cancer patients in perioperative period can promote the recovery of postoperative intestinal function,reduce postoperative pain and reduce postoperative complications.
