北京皇家园林社会价值识别及评价研究

摘　　要：如今的皇家园林已成为与大众紧密相关的文化生活空间,具有突出的社会价值。然而,目前对于皇家园林社会价值的内涵界定不一,且缺乏定量研究。对此,界定了皇家园林社会价值的概念,基于皇家园林与人的互动关系剖析社会价值形成机制,得出皇家园林社会价值包含公共文化服务、社会教育、审美价值、社会道德培养、健康价值、安全价值六大部分,进而运用分析法和模糊德尔菲法构建皇家园林社会价值评价体系,并以颐和园等10座北京皇家园林为例进行量化实践,通过比较分析量化结果,明确各皇家园林在发挥社会效益方面的优势和不足,并提出管理策略。Nowadays,royal gardens have become the cultural living space closely related to the public.However,at present,there are different definitions of the social value of royal gardens,as well as the lack of quantitative research.In this paper the authors define the concept of the social value of royal gardens,analyze the formation mechanism of social value based on the interaction between the royal garden and human,and conclude that the social value of royal garden includes public cultural service,social education,aesthetic value,social moral cultivation,health value and safety value.Then,the social value assessment system of royal garden is constructed by using the analysis method and fuzzy Delphi method.Taking ten Beijing royal gardens as examples,the authors quantify the social value of each royal garden,clarify the strengths and weaknesses of each royal garden in realizing social benefits through comparative analysis,and provide basis for park managers to formulate corresponding strategies.
