摘　　要：针对桥式偏轨箱形梁起重机使用时出现的小车脱轨问题,通过理论分析和强度计算,在起重机小车上加装安全钩以防止小车脱轨。加装安全钩后的起重机运行正常,未发生干涉或影响起重机使用性能的情况,解决了小车脱轨安全隐患,为该类型的起重机整改提供参考。In view of the derailment problem of the trolley when the bridge type box girder crane is used,through theoretical analysis and strength calculation,a safety hook is installed on the trolley of the crane to prevent the trolley derailment.After the safety hook is installed,the crane operates normally without interference or affecting the performance of the crane.The hidden danger of trolley derailment is solved,which provides reference for the rectification of this type of crane.
