摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情给全球带来灾难的同时,也加速了文献档案数字化的进程和唤醒了人们对于社会知识分布的强烈需求。开放获取(Open Access,OA)这一近年来在西方国家频繁探讨的话题对于我国文献出版的启示在当前背景下具备现实意义。英美等国所采取的金色OA、联盟议价,机构补贴模式以及创新型众筹OA模式对于我国未来的OA出版市场化运作具备参考作用。The global epidemic of COVID-19 has accelerated the digitization of literature and Archives,and aroused a strong demand for the distribution of social knowledge.Open Access(OA),a topic frequently discussed in Western countries in recent years,has practical significance for China's literature publishing under the current background.Countries such as Britain and America's golden OA,union bargaining,institutional subsidy mode and innovative crowdfunding mode have a guiding role for China’s future development.
