摘　　要：我国已经步入老龄化社会,老年病及老年人的生活质量等相关研究日益受到重视,肌少症是一种与年龄相关的骨骼肌肌肉质量减少、强度下降和功能丧失所导致的临床综合征,是老年人的一种常见疾病,与多种不良健康结局有关。目前关于肌少症的研究刚刚起步。老年肌少症的病位在筋脉肌肉,其发生发展与脾肾密切相关,故年老脾肾亏虚,精髓萎竭,气血虚弱,肌肉筋脉失养,是老年肌少症发生的主要病机,在治疗上应脾肾并调,气血同补,同时结合中医辨证论治,综合调理,方能奏效。Chinahas stepped into an aging society,researchaboutthe aging and the life quality of old people is taken seriously increasingly,sarcopeniais a kind ofclinical syndrome that skeletal muscle qualitystrength and functionage-related loss,which associated with a variety of adverse health outcomes.At present,the research on sarcopenia is just beginning.Sarcopenia is happened in the tendons and muscle in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,its development is closely related to spleen and kidney,spleen and kidney deficiency,Essence exhaustion,qi and blood weak,tendons andmuscle dystrophy,is the main pathogenesis.So this kind ofdisease should be treatedasbenefiting spleen and kidne,invigorating qi and blood,and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.
