摘　　要：中医思维薄弱是中医住院医师规范化培训(简称“中医住培”)学员的普遍现象,也是中医西化的本质特征。能否培养出具有中医思维的住院医师,是中医住院医师规范化培训是否成功的关键。《伤寒论》是中医辨证审机论治原则的代表,理法方药谨严,最能体现中医思维,也是所有中医必须精心研读的经典著作。学习《伤寒论》是培养中医思维的重要途径,住培阶段是学习《伤寒论》的最佳时机,应该在中医住培工作中大力倡导学习《伤寒论》,以增强住培学员的中医自信心,从根源上有效防范中医西化现象。The weak thinking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a common phenomenon in the standardized training of resident doctors of TCM,and it is also the essential feature of Westernization of TCM.It is the key to the success of the standardized training of TCM residents to cultivate residents with TCM thinking.Treatise on Febrile Diseases is the representative of the principle of syndrome differentiation,mechanism examination and treatment of TCM.It can best reflect the thinking of TCM and is a classic work that all TCM doctors must study carefully.Learning Treatise on Febrile Diseases is an important way to cultivate the thinking of TCM.The stage of living and training is the best time to study Treatise on Febrile Diseases.We should vigorously advocate the study of Treatise on Febrile Diseases in the work of standardized training for TCM resident doctors,so as to enhance the self-confidence of TCM resident doctors and effectively prevent the Westernization of TCM from the root.
