钢铁企业组建船队及开展海运业务的可行性研究分析——以H钢集团为例

摘　　要：随着H钢集团在全球化经营中实施了全产业链全球化布局,将根据未来发展需要相应提升物流供应链规模和水平,考虑创建船队以实现掌控远洋运输环节、降低企业物流成本并提高行业内竞争力的目的。本文阐明H钢做出船队组建决策的内原和外在动力,结合SWOT的理论来分析H钢组建船队的可行性。本文通过宏观经济、需求端、供给端和其他相关因素,分析近年来航运市场情况,以供参考。With the implementation of the global layout of the whole industry chain in the global operation,H Steel Group will correspondingly improve the scale and level of the logistics supply chain according to the future development needs,and consider creating a fl eet to control the ocean transportation link,reduce the logistics cost of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of the industry.This paper expounds the internal reasons and external motivation for the H steel group to make fl eet formation decision,and analyzes the feasibility of its fl eet formation based on SWOT theory.This article analyzes the shipping market in recent years through macroeconomics,demand-side,supply-side and other related factors for reference.
