摘  要:本文结合职业教育商贸人才培养工作实践,在"1+X"证书制度下,以网店运营推广1+X证书试点为突破口,对商贸人才"产证教融通"进行了实践性的探索,产业与证对接、以证促教,通过对接"1+X"证书制度试点和行动导向的模块化教学实践,架构了基于"1+X产证教融通"教学体系,探索了基于"1+X产证教融通"的教学实训路子,创新了基于"1+X产证教融通"的教学实训方法。基于"1+X"证书初、中、高贯通平台,以工作领域为背景的"典型工作任务"的教学实训;基于商贸在线课堂、在线商贸一条街平台,以营销活动项目为背景的"产教融通"式的教学与实战,用"1+X"模块化技术解决企业实际问题,用产教融合的方式,传承当地商业文化,"产证教融通"体验式培养商贸人才。In this paper,combined with the practice of business talents training in vocational education,under the"1+X"certifi cate system,the"integration of production,certifi cate and education"of business talents are explored.Industry is connected with certifi cates,and education is promoted by certifi cates.Through the docking of the"1+X"certifi cate system pilot and the actionoriented modular teaching practice,this paper constructs a teaching system and explores a teaching practice based on the"1+X industry certifi cation education integration".This article proposes teaching and training based on the"1+X"certifi cate for elementary,middle and high-level platforms,with the background of the work fi eld.In addition,this article also proposes"industry-education integration"teaching and actual combat based on online commerce classrooms and online commerce platform,with marketing activities as the background,and uses the"1+X"modular technology to solve the actual problems of enterprises,aiming at Inherit the local business culture through the integration of production and education,and use the model of"integration of industry,certifi cation and education"to cultivate business talents.
