摘  要:公路运输是煤炭运输的重要一环,为提高经济效益,煤炭运输车正日益趋向于重型化发展,使得对驱动系统动力性和经济性的要求越来越高。传统柴油机驱动存在污染严重、油耗高等问题,而电驱动存在动力不足、续航能力差等问题,单一动力驱动难以很好满足重型煤炭运输车动力与环保需求。为提高重型煤炭运输车驱动性能并实现节能减排目标,基于重型煤炭运输车系统结构提出了一种新型分布式混合动力驱动系统,并对其控制策略进行了建模和仿真研究。首先,基于将多个动力源分别布置在重型煤炭运输车牵引车和挂车上的设计思路,设计了一种连接型分布式混合动力驱动系统,主要由柴油发动机、驱动电机、变速箱、动力电池组和多台轮边电机等装置组成;其次,通过对不同工作模式下的能量流向进行分析,设计了基于最优转矩的分布式混合动力驱动系统逻辑门限控制策略,根据分布式混合动力系统工作模式特点提出了不同工作模式下转矩目标值的分配方案,并在MATLAB/Simulink软件中搭建了控制策略模型;然后,根据重型煤炭运输车的实际行驶情况,参照相关国家标准建立了重型煤炭运输车循环工况;最后,将控制策略导入CRUISE软件,与所搭建的整车动力系统仿真模型进行了联合仿真。仿真结果表明:所设计的控制策略能够对发动机和电机的转矩进行合理分配,使得发动机和电机始终在高效率区域工作,动力电池也保持在充放电高效区间;相比传统柴油机驱动方式,在整车牵引质量基本不变的前提下,可实现最大爬坡度增加70%、最高车速提高42.8%、0~30 km/h加速时间缩减34.2%、百公里综合油耗降低17.8%;通过混合动力改造和合理制定控制策略,车辆各项指标较原车均有明显提升。Highway transportation is one of the important part of coal transportation system.In order to improve the economic efficiency,coal trucks are increasingly developed inot heavy type,which makes the requirements of driving system power performance and economy higher.The traditional diesel engine driving has the problems of serious pollution and high fuel consumption,while the electric driving has the disadvantages of insufficient power and short endurance mileage.The single power drive is difficult to meet the power and environmental protection needs of heavy coal trucks.In this study,in order to improve the driving performance of heavy coal trucks and to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,a new distributed hybrid drive system is proposed based on the power system structure of heavy coal trucks,and its control strategy is modeled and simulated.Firstly,based on the design idea of placing multiple power sources on tractor and trailer of heavy coal trucks respectively,a kind of connected distributed hybrid drive system is designed,which is mainly composed of diesel engine,drive motor,gearbox,power battery pack and several wheelside motors.Secondly,by the analysis of the energy flow of various power flows in different working modes,a logic threshold control strategy has been designed for the distributed hybrid drive system based on torque.According to the characteristics of the working mode of the distributed hybrid drive system,the target values of the torque allocation under different modes are designed,and the control strategy model is built by using Simulink module of MATLAB software.Thirdly,according to the actual driving condition of heavy coal trucks and relevant national standards,the cycle working condition of heavy coal trucks are established.Finally,the control strategy is imported into the CRUISE software to carry out co-simulation with the built vehicle power system model.The simulation results show that the control strategy designed in this paper can reasonably allocate the torque of
