电大教学管理现状及对策探究

摘　　要：电大教育以互联网为载体,依托于远程开放教育形式满足了成人受教育的需求,是建设知识型、创新型国家的重要基础。但由于电大特殊的教育形式,在教学管理工作上面临诸多困境,致使电大教育质量难以得到提升,在社会高速发展下电大教育质量已经逐渐无法满足社会需求。分析电大教学管理模式的现状,指出教学管理模式缺陷的产生原因,并提出几点有针对性的解决措施,以期为电大教育质量提升提供借鉴参考。TV university education takes the Internet as the carrier and relies on the distance open education form to satisfy the demand of adults to receive the education.It is the important foundation of constructing knowledge based and innovative country.However,due to the special educational form of TV university,there are many difficulties in teaching management,which makes the quality of TV university education difficult to be improved.Under the rapid development of society,the quality of TV university education has gradually been unable to meet the social needs.This paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching management mode of TV university,points out the causes of the defects of the teaching management mode,and puts forward some targeted measures to solve the problems,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the education quality of TV university.
