摘 要:将有限元模拟技术与统计回归技术相结合,对离合器接合过程中的摩擦颤振问题进行研究。建立离合器系统有限元模型,采用复特征值分析法对系统摩擦颤振现象进行预测。基于复特征值分析结果,并结合试验设计的手段,建立起颤振强度与离合器几何形状之间的“输入-输出”关系,探讨了摩擦片厚度、沟槽深度、沟槽宽度、沟槽角度、摩擦片弹性模量和飞轮盘厚度对离合器接合颤振行为的影响。结果表明,离合器的摩擦颤振在1000 Hz以内存在多频耦合的现象,振动模态主要表现为摩擦片的纵向运动;部分析因设计试验结果表明沟槽宽度、沟槽角度和摩擦片弹性模量是导致摩擦颤振问题的主要因素;进一步采用中心复合设计结合响应曲面分析法建立上述因子和系统振动强度的关系,结果表明降低摩擦片弹性模量和特定沟槽角度可以改善系统振动强度,合理选择沟槽宽度和沟槽角度之间的匹配关系也是降低系统振动强度的有效手段。这种有限元模拟技术与统计回归技术相组合方法在改善离合器摩擦颤振的设计是具有重要意义的。The friction flutter of the engaging clutch is explored in combination with finite-element simulation and statistical regression.The finite-element model of the clutch system is worked out and the friction flutter is predicted by means of the complex eigenvalue analysis.Based on these results,the“input-output”relationship between the flutter intensity and the clutch geometry is identified,with the aid of the design of experiments(DOE).The analysis is conducted on the effect of friction pad thickness,groove depth,groove width,groove angle,elastic modulus of friction pad,and thickness of the flywheel on the clutch flutter.It’s found that the friction flutter of the clutch is subject to multi-frequency coupling within 1000 Hz,and the vibration model is mainly embodied by the out-of-motion of the friction pad.The factorial experiment shows that such factors as groove width,groove angle and pad elastic modulus play a leading role in terms of friction flutter.The response surface method is adopted to identify the relationship between these factors and the vibration intensity.It‘s shown that by reducing both the friction pad’s elastic modulus and the specified grooved angle,the system’s vibration intensity can be improved.In addition,efforts should be made to ensure a desirable matching between the groove width and the groove angle,so as to reduce the vibration intensity.The combination of finite-element simulation and statistical regression is of great significance in improving the clutch’s friction flutter during the design process.
