摘 要:为解决常见的多组分注塑机转盘存在的侧倾问题,以一种注塑机独立转盘为研究对象,分析轴承选型对独立转盘的侧倾程度和运转稳定性的影响。利用UG和ADAMS软件建立了独立转盘的虚拟样机模型,在虚拟样机中,设置4种轴承组合方案,并分别进行动力学仿真模拟。模拟仿真得到在相同模拟条件下,各方案独立转盘重心的位移曲线以及所选用轴承的寿命曲线。对曲线的分析结果表明,单、双列圆柱滚子轴承组合的方案为最优方案。该方案的独立转盘达到平稳运行状态仅需0.12 s,且整体运转平稳,在运行过程中的波动极差为1.8×10^(-2)mm,在运转平稳后,独立转盘的总侧倾量与其他方案相比较小,其值为1.1×10^(-2)mm,方案选用的2个轴承的寿命分别为5.0×10^(6)、7.5×10^(7)h,均能满足设计需求。In view of the roll problem of the common multi-component injection molding machine turntable,took an independent turntable of injection molding machine as the research object,to discusses the influence of bearing selection on the roll degree and running stability of the independent turntable.The virtual prototype model of independent turntable was established by UG and ADAMS.Four bearing combination schemes were set up in the virtual prototype and dynamic simulation was carried out respectively.Under the same simulation conditions,the displacement curve of the center of gravity of the independent rotary table and the life curve of the selected bearing were obtained.According to the curve analysis,the combination of single and double row cylindrical roller bearings was the best choice.It only took 0.12 s for the independent turntable to achieve stable operation,the overall operation was stable,and the fluctuation range was 1.8×10^(-2) mm in the operation process;the total roll of the independent turntable when the operation was stable was smaller than other schemes,which was 1.1×10^(-2) mm;the service life of the two selected bearings were 5.0×10^(6),7.5×10^(7) h,which met the design requirements.
