摘  要:ATP敏感性钾(K_(ATP))通道作为内向整流钾通道的一员,在大脑皮质、海马和黑质等区域广泛分布。K_(ATP)通道同时存在于细胞膜表面和线粒体内膜上,主要受细胞内ATP水平的调节,并在细胞能量代谢和电活动之间建立独特的联系。K_(ATP)通道的选择性激活参与了帕金森病(PD)的发生发展,同时发现激活K_(ATP)通道能抑制黑质多巴胺能神经元的死亡,但具体作用机制尚未阐明,其可能成为PD的潜在药物治疗靶点。未来深入探讨K_(ATP)通道在PD中的作用,探明其调控PD发病的重要机制,可为PD的临床治疗提供新思路。ATP-sensitive potassium(K_(ATP))channels,as a member of the inwardly rectifying potassium channels,are widely distributed in the cortex,hippocampus and substantia nigra of the brain.K_(ATP) channels exist on both the cell membrane surface and the inner mitochondrial membrane,and are mainly regulated by intracellular ATP levels,establishing a unique connection between cell energy metabolism and electrical activity.The selective activation of K_(ATP) channel is involved in the occurrence and development of Parkinson′s disease(PD),at the same time,activating K_(ATP) channels can inhibit the death of substantia nigra dopaminergic neurons,but the specific mechanism of action has not been elucidated,which may become a potential medication target for PD.Therefore,the role of K_(ATP) channel in PD should be deeply discussed,and its important mechanism for regulating the pathogenesis of PD should be explored in the future,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of PD.
