摘　　要：E2F转录因子1(E2F1)是E2F家族的重要蛋白之一,参与调节多种与细胞功能相关的重要基因的表达,具有调控细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、参与新生血管生成等作用。E2F1在多种肿瘤(如肺癌、乳腺癌)组织细胞中均呈高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后密切相关,起促癌作用。但目前与妇科恶性肿瘤相关的E2F1的潜在机制仍不清楚,有关E2F1在肿瘤中作用机制的研究尚不深入,依然面临诸多问题和挑战。随着对E2F1与肿瘤发生机制的深入研究,更多E2F1生物学功能的发现将有助于妇科恶性肿瘤的早期诊断及治疗。As an important protein in the E2F family,E2F transcription factor 1(E2F1)is involved in the regulation of the expression of a variety of genes essential for cell function,and has the functions of regulating cell cycle,inducing cell apoptosis,and participating in angiogenesis.E2F1 is highly expressed in a variety of tumors,such as lung cancer,breast cancer,and is closely related to the occurrence and development,metastasis and prognosis of tumors,showing the role of oncogenes.However,the potential mechanism of E2F1 related to gynecological malignant tumors is still unclear.At present,the research on the mechanism of E2F1 in tumors is not in-depth and still faces many problems and challenges.With the in-depth study of E2F1 and the mechanism of tumor occurrence,the biological function of E2F1 may appear new progress,which will enable E2F1 to make new progress in the early diagnosis and treatment of gynecological malignant tumors.
