牙周联合正畸治疗牙周炎的研究进展

摘　　要：牙周治疗一直是牙周炎的临床基础治疗,主要包括牙周基础治疗、牙周组织再生术、嵴上纤维环切术等,可有效消除患者牙周组织的炎症反应,但对部分病情较重的牙周炎患者治疗效果欠佳。正畸治疗不仅可矫正牙齿错位畸形,还利于建立良好的冠根比。随着正畸及牙周再生术的发展,两者联合治疗不同程度牙周炎的临床应用逐渐广泛。但目前关于牙周联合正畸治疗应用于牙周炎患者的具体价值尚未明确,还需在未来进行更深入的研究加以讨论。Periodontal treatment has always been the basic method of clinical treatment of periodontitis,mainly including basic periodontal treatment,periodontal tissue regeneration,supracristal annulus fibroidectomy,etc.Although it can effectively eliminate the inflammatory reaction of the patients′periodontal tissues,for some patients with severe periodontitis,the therapeutic effect is unsatisfactory.Orthodontic treatment can not only correct the dislocation of teeth,but also help to establish a good crown root ratio.With the continuous development of orthodontic and periodontal regeneration,the combined treatment of them in different degrees of periodontitis has gradually become widely used.However,the specific value of combined periodontal-orthodontic treatment in the patients with periodontitis has not been clear,which needs to be further studied and discussed in the future.
