加味健脾疏肝安胃汤合加味胃炎消片治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味健脾疏肝安胃汤合并加味胃炎消片治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用加味胃炎消片进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加服加味健脾疏肝安胃汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分和胃镜下胃黏膜状态评分的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为97.50%(39/40),对照组为82.50%(33/40),两组比较,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。胃镜下胃黏膜状态评分治疗后两组均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃痛胃胀、乏力、嗳气反酸、纳呆便溏症状积分显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用加味健脾疏肝安胃汤合并加味胃炎消片治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性浅表性胃炎效果良好,能显著改善症状,改善患者胃部功能。Objective:To observe clinical effects of modified Jianpi Shugan Anwei Tang and modified Weiyanxiao tablets in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)of spleen-deficiency liver-depression pattern.Methods:Eighty CSG patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,40 cases each group.The control group adopted modified Weiyanxiao tablets,and the observation group used modified Jianpi Shugan Anwei Tang and modified Weiyanxiao tablets.To compare clinical effects between both groups,TCM symptom scores before and after treating,and the scores of gastric mucosal status under the gastroscope.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),higher than 82.50%(33/40)of the control group,the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).The scores of gastric mucosal status under the gastroscope lowered in both groups after treating notably(P<0.05),the observation group was lower than the control group remarkably(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in the scores of stomachache and gastric distension,weakness,belching and acid regurgitation,indigestion and loss of appetite,and loose stool remarkably,and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Jianpi Shugan Anwei Tang and modified Weiyanxiao tablets could obtain notable effects in the treatment of CSG of spleen-deficiency liver-depression pattern,it could improve the symptoms apparently and enhance gastric function.
