摘 要:着力提高公立医院中层干部管理能力和专业水平,推进中层干部职业化建设是公立医院管理能力现代化的重要内容。宁夏回族自治区人民医院自2018年起探索推行小班制干部培训模式,以培训需求为导向,分期分批设计培训方案,原则上每期学员30~40人,采用主题授课、案例分析、情景模拟、游戏互动、影片分析、小组讨论和角色扮演等形式开展培训,有效解决了原有大班额、"灌输式"干部培训模式弊端,达到了培训课程实用、形式新颖和学员满意的目标。Improving the management ability and professional level of middle-level cadres in public hospitals,and promoting the professionalization of middle-level cadres are important content of the modernization of public hospital management capabilities.Our hospital has explored and implemented a small-class cadre training model since 2018.According to different training needs and goals,different training programs in each period were drawn up.There are 30-40 trainees in each session,and the training is carried out in the form of theme lectures,case analysis,scenario simulation,game interaction,film analysis,group discussion and role playing.With these new methods,the disadvantages of the"indoctrination"of large classes have been effectively solved.Meanwhile,a novel training method has been formed with strong practicability,novel format and satisfactory trainees.
