摘　　要：目的研究创新公立医院医学装备采购管理办法,以提高采购管理水平和有效控制采购成本。方法本文总结当前公立医院医学装备采购管理中常见的问题与对策,结合我院采购管理的创新尝试,分析实施谈判策略对医疗装备质量与采购成本控制、采购文化培育的正面影响,为医学装备采购管理创新提供思路。结论实践证明,我院装备采购管理创新举措不仅能充分保证采购过程公开透明,更能有效降低采购成本,为医院的正常运行提供有力保障。Objective To study and innovate the procurement management method of medical equipment in public hospitals,so as to improve the procurement management and control the procurement cost effectively.Methods This paper summarizes the common problems and countermeasures in the current procurement management of medical equipment in public hospitals Combined with the innovation of procurement management in our hospital,it also analyzes the positive effects of implementing negotiation strategy on quality and cost control and cultivation of purchasing culture,so as to provide recommendations on procurement management innovation of medical equipment.Conclusion The practice has proved that the innovation measures of equipment procurement management in our hospital can not only fully guarantee the openness and transparency of the process,but also effectively reduce the cost and provide a strong guarantee for the normal operation of the hospital.
