不同剂量PPI序贯治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析不同剂量PPI序贯治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的可行性和临床效果。方法选择我院2019年7月至2020年1月消化内科诊治的120例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者,采取随机数字表法分组治疗,观察1组、观察2组,每组各60例。观察1组患者行常规剂量PPI序贯治疗,观察2组患者行大剂量PPI序贯治疗。结果组间治疗总有效率比较,观察1组(95.00%)与观察2组(91.67%)接近(P>0.05);组间治疗不良反应发生率比较,观察1组(10.00%)与观察2组(10.00%)一致(P>0.05);组间随访6个月复发率比较,观察1组(6.67%)与观察2组(8.33%)接近(P>0.05);组间腹胀、腹痛、嗳气泛酸缓解时间比较,差异无显著性(均P>0.05);两组患者治疗后症状积分比较治疗前减少(P<0.05),组间症状积分比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论常规剂量、大剂量PPI序贯治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡均具有安全性、有效性。Objective To analyze the feasibility and clinical effects of different doses of PPI in the sequential treatment of Hp-positive peptic ulcers.Methods We selected 120 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer who were diagnosed and treated in the department of gastroenterology in our hospital from July 2019 to January 2020,and were treated by random number table method.Observation 1 group and observation 2 groups each had 60 cases.Observation 1 group of patients received regular-dose PPI sequential treatment,and observation 2 groups of patients received high-dose PPI sequential treatment.Results Comparison of the total effective rate of treatment between groups,observation 1 group(95.00%)and observation 2 group(91.67%)were close(P>0.05);comparison of the incidence of adverse treatment between groups,observation 1 group(10.00%)and observation 2 groups(10.00%)were the same(P>0.05);the 6 month follow-up recurrence rate between the groups was compared,the observation 1 group(6.67%)was close to the observation 2 group(8.33%)(P>0.05);the abdominal distension and abdominal pain between the groups there was no significant difference in the remission time of belching and pantothenic acid(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The sequential treatment of Hppositive peptic ulcer with conventional and high-dose PPI is safe and effective.
