摘 要:目的研究多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对恶性肿瘤的临床意义。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月我院的恶性肿瘤患者(恶性肿瘤组300例)、良性疾病患者(良性疾病组100例)及健康体检者(健康查体组600名)共计1000例作为本研究的临床样本,通过多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统测定分析1000例受检者血清中的12种常见肿瘤标志物的水平。结果3组肿瘤标志物阳性率由高到低是:恶性肿瘤组患者(84.67%)>良性疾病组(39.00%)>健康查体组(19.50%),差异显著(P<0.05);7种常见肿瘤的检测结果显示:恶性肿瘤组阳性率均明显高于健康查体组及良性疾病组(P<0.05)。结论多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对临床恶性肿瘤患者的诊断率明显提高,对无发病症状人群的早期癌症筛查具有重要的临床意义。Objective To study the clinical significance of protein chip detection system for various tumor markers in malignant tumors.Methods A total of 1,000 patients with malignant tumors(300 cases in the malignant tumor group),patients with benign diseases(100 cases in the benign disease group),and healthy physical examination subjects(600 in the healthy physical examination group)in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study In the clinical samples studied,the levels of 12 common tumor markers in the serum of 1000 subjects were measured and analyzed by a variety of tumor marker protein chip detection system.Results The positive rates of tumor markers in the three groups from high to low are:malignant tumor group(84.67%)>benign disease group(39.00%)>health examination group(19.50%),the difference was significant(P<0.05);7 common the results of tumor detection showed that the positive rate was significantly higher than that of the healthy physical examination group and the benign disease group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic rate of clinical malignant tumors is significantly improved by using multiple tumor markers protein chip detection system,which has important clinical significance for early cancer screening in asymptomatic population.
