摘　　要：目的探讨佛山市检验结果互认技术平台建设在实现区域医疗机构间检验结果互认的作用及效果观察。方法在参加全市检验结果互认的医疗机构实验室安装客户端软件和数据采集推送模块,在佛山市临检中心安装管理端软件。通过互认技术平台大屏幕每天实时监控互认实验室的室内质控数据。通过实时监控、实时统计分析、数据镜像等手段,评估检验结果互认达标率。结果通过两个周期的检验结果互认,佛山市参加互认的实验室从开始的27家增加至53家。互认检验项目数也从开始的23项增加至43项。参加互认的实验室精密度达标率从原来的73.6%上升至92.6%,失控纠正处理率从原来的36.6%上升至77.4%。结论佛山市检验结果互认技术平台建设能实现区域间的检验结果互认,使参加互认实验室质量与能力也不断提高,为不断扩大互认检验项目打下牢固的基础,能为全国的检验结果互认推进提供参考。Objective To explore the role and effect of the construction of Foshan mutual recognition technology platform in realizing mutual recognition of test results among regional medical institutions.Methods The client software and data acquisition push module were installed in the laboratories of medical institutions participating in the mutual recognition of inspection results in the whole city,and the management software was installed in Foshan Clinical Inspection Center.Through the large screen of the mutual recognition technology platform,the indoor quality control data of the mutual recognition laboratory are monitored in real time every day.Through real-time monitoring,real-time statistical analysis,data mirroring and other means,the mutual recognition compliance rate of inspection results is evaluated.Results The number of laboratories participating in mutual recognition in Foshan increased from 27 to 53 through mutual recognition of the test results in two cycles.The number of mutual recognition tests also increased from 23 to 43.The laboratory precision compliance rate of participating in mutual recognition increased from 73.6%to 92.6%,and the out-of-control correction treatment rate increased from 36.6%to 77.4%.Conclusion The establishment of a technology platform for mutual recognition of inspection results in Foshan City can realize mutual recognition of inspection results between regions,so that the quality and ability of participating mutual recognition laboratories are also continuously improved,and it lays a solid foundation for the continuous expansion of mutual recognition inspection projects and can contribute to national inspection results.Mutual recognition advancement provides reference.
