摘  要:通过系统选育对18株茶树菇菌株进行生理性能测定和菌株比较试验,选出符合早熟、高产育种目标的野生菌株Aa09和Aa11;经过组分、初筛、复筛,以及区域试验、生产试验,筛选出早熟菌株AB7(菌盖、菌柄颜色浅褐色,整体菇形偏小),初步命名为赣茶AS-3号,其平均生育期58 d,比对照品种赣茶AS-1短3 d;筛选出高产中早熟菌株AC6(菌盖、菌柄颜色深褐色,整体菇形粗状),其平均产量121.7 g/袋,比CK高5.40%,初步命名为赣茶AS-5号。The wild early-maturing strain Aa09 and high yield strain Aa11 were selected by systematic selection from 18 strains of Agrocybe aegerita.Through component,primary screening,secondary screening,regional and production tests,the early-maturing strain AB7(the color of the pileus and stipe were light brown,and the overall shape of the mushroom was small)was selected.AB7 was preliminarily named as Gancha AS-3,with an average growth period of 58 days.The average growth period was 3 days shorter than that of the control variety Gancha AS-1.The high-yield,medium early maturing strain AC6(the color of the pileus and stipe were dark brown,and the overall shape of the mushroom was thick)was selected.The average yield was 121.7 g/bag,which was 5.40%higher than that of CK.The AC6 was preliminarily named as Gancha AS-5.
